Say hi to Bowtie, a black and white male cat who is about 11 years old. Bowtie and his bonded buddy, Tux, were surrendered because their owners felt they were under stress due to long periods of being left alone. Tux is a 13 year old male who is mostly black with white accents. These two are looking for a quiet home to spend their seniors years in. Bowtie loves attention and is the first to get up to say hello when someone comes over to visit him. He also does not mind being held. He often steps over Tux in order to get the attention he seeks. We also had senior bloodwork done on Bowtie and all values were within normal limits for his age. Cats are negative for FelV/FIV, receive age-appropriate vaccines and deworming, are spayed/neutered and are microchipped (free lifetime registration with adoption). All of our pets go home with a "Go Home Goody Bag" that includes a starter supply of food, treats, toys, and a voucher for a free month of pet insurance from Trupanion. Location: Bolton, CTAdoption Fee: $400 for the pair##2017216##Adoption processAdoptions need to complete our adoption application and once received, our Adoption Counselor will call you to discuss your application to get to know you and your family. We will conduct a home visit and call your vet for a reference. Once you application is approved, you are able to meet the animal (s) you are interested in. If it's a match, you will need to sign an adoption contract and pay the adoption fee.Shelter locationWe are a foster-based organization and do not have a brick and mortar building. Once your application is approved, we will schedule a mutually agreeable time for you to meet the animal (s) you are interested in.
