Linn, Marion, Benton, Grant and Jackson : Oregon County Kittens This wonderful litter of kittens has been with me and my family for a month now. They are all healthy, adorable, very sociable kittens who have learned good habits and demonstrate them every day. They started out spending the first few days in my foster cat room (an extra bedroom set up just for foster cats). Once they were feeling comfortable with my husband and me and our own four cats, they were very happy to come out of their room and explore the rest of our house. They have met our grandchildren and our young neighbors who come to play with them. Now they spend just nights and a few hours during the day in the foster cat room. They get along well with our young adult cats. Linn and Marion are the girls. Marion is a classic grey on grey tabby. She is very self assured and playful. Once she is done playing she loves to snuggle next to her foster parents. Linn is a mackerel grey on grey tabby. She keeps up pretty well with her sister and brothers. She is a little bit calmer and she also likes to snuggle with humans after playtime. Benton is the third grey on grey tabby - he is also a mackerel tabby and is the alpha of the litter. He is almost always the first to bolt out of the door when it’s opened. He is super smart and not afraid of anything. (He will need to be watched very carefully when any outside door is opened). Grant is almost as brave as Benton and is very playful. He is so striking with his white whiskers and paws contrasting with his deep black coat. Jackson, the all black boy with white smoke under-coat started out as the runt of the litter, but has caught up nicely now and is no longer the smallest kitten. He is an “insta-purr”. His little motor starts up as soon as he is picked up or petted. He is a little climber and figured out how to climb up to where canned food breakfast and dinner is being prepared to get “first dibs” on the favorite meals of the day. All of the boys also enjoy snuggle time once they are finished playing. You can’t go wrong adopting any one of this litter of kittens. Of course they would love to be adopted with one of their brothers or sisters, so we will give priority (and a price break) to anyone who wishes to adopt two together. Single kittens are $200 each and a pair to the same home is $300.
