PENNY and her brother Sheldon have Cerebellar Hypoplasia, or Wobblers Syndrome. Penny is super sweet, loves affection and belly rubs, and does well getting around by flipping and flopping; she cannot climb to higher places. She can actually stand very straight and walk a good distance. She doesn’t know anything is wrong with her and while she had trouble getting to a litter box in her foster home, SCHS volunteers are working to remedy that. Penny is a doll! The standard adoption includes feline testing, vaccines, spaying/neutering, micro-chipping and de-worming.
