Adopt Bunny (SG) a Brown Tabby Domestic Shorthair / Mixed (short coat) cat in

Bunny was trapped about 10 weeks old, along with some siblings. She melted into her rescuer’s arms when she was removed from the trap. While her siblings cowered in a dark corner of the cage at feeding time, Bunny was at the door ready to make new friends. While her sisters and brother sounded off in true feral nature, Bunny was the first to find her purr. As sweet as she is, this little girl still has a bit of ‘small critter / big world’ nervousness. She is trusting that she is not on the menu for our two big dogs and loves to romp and play with the other kitties of the house. Let her curl up for a cat nap in a sunny spot and approach her quietly and with gentle pets, she will melt into happy purrs. Building trust takes time with an animal that lived in the wild long enough to realize that they are nowhere near the top of the food chain. Bunny is well on her way to trusting humans, but she would probably do best in a quieter home with other cats that she can share her wild side with. Other than that her only requirement is a patient, loving human. Currently in a foster home, you can set up a day to come meet this kitty (on Saturdays during adoption event hours).
