Meet Oscar! Oscar is a very handsome black fluffy cat, who was found as a stray. He stayed at the shelter as he had an upper respiratory infection, but unfortunately he has not recovered, so we now believe he has chronic rhinitis. He will need follow up veterinary care and this may be a lifelong condition. He loves other cats, all people, and is even tolerant of friendly dogs. His foster mom states, "He is so wonderful and cuddly, so as long as you can put up with the snot, he makes a wonderful buddy! Email his foster mom at XXXX@acctphilly.org for more info.
