This is Groot! He was adopted in 2019 from a local pet store here in the Houston area. He was a young cat when he came to live with us. He’s very very sweet and playful—great with anyone that will pet him and give him attention. In 2020 he suffered through having bladder stones and now has to be on a urinary tract food diet. Once children came into our home, allergies developed and groot didn’t do well with a toddler chasing him at every chance. He began to get very stressed and scared and would frequently pee throughout the house. Once the second child came to our home we no longer had space to keep a litter box in the house and decided that he needed to live outside to be comfortable. We believe that groot deserves a more calm and loving space to call home. He would be perfect for an owner that is looking for a nice, sweet, cuddly cat to have in the house. He would love to meet you and I hope that you might consider giving this kitty the calm life that he deserves!
