He may look a little scraggly with his snaggle tooth and cloudy eye he is blind in, but this boy certainly is winning Mr. Congeniality! Harley loves attention and is eagerly waiting a home safe from life on the streets. Many people run scared from FIV+ kitties, but they live a normal life and can be with non FIV+ kitties too! Can you show this little alley cat what he's been missing in a home?!
