Meet Radish and Jicama, a delightful male/female duo. These young siblings are a bonded pair, sharing a unique friendship that radiates warmth and joy. They are sweet and friendly, always ready to greet you with a soft purr and a playful nudge. Their curious nature makes them keen explorers, always eager to discover new toys or hidden corners. Goofy, brave, and smart, they turn ordinary days into extraordinary adventures. Adopting Radish and Jicama means inviting an abundance of love, laughter, and companionship into your life. Radish does need a diet of 100% wet food (as does her brother since she cannot have kibble). They are both enthusiastic eaters and will give their family years of love and snuggles. The adoption fee of $300 for the pair includes spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/ required vaccinations and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new cat for your family. Although we make the best guess on the breed of our cats, because they come from shelters, we can never be completely certain of the genetic makeup of the cat. For dogs/puppies this covers spay/neuter, microchip, dewormers, flea and tick preventative, heartworm test (only over 6 months of age) and all up to date, age appropriate vaccinations. Cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and dewormed. We require an adoption application and a home visit prior to adoption. We schedule meets with approved adopters only, so you must download our PreAdoption Application from our website at www.starfishanimalrescue.com and follow the instructions to email it to us.Shelter locationWe are not a shelter. We are a group of pet lovers and advocates who are committed to targeted rescue. Starfish Animal Rescue is a licensed rescue that is run by an all volunteer staff. Once we rescue a dog or cat, it is placed in one of our foster homes until we are able to find it a suitable home. We are happy to set up an appointment to meet our pets once we receive and review your completed application.
