Estimated birthdate 4/1/14 Bella Mae is a large, beautiful, sweet, older girl with a beautiful face and markings. She was placed as a kitten, 9 years ago, in a home with a single lady who is no longer able to care for her due to her own health issues. While there, she was an only pet. Bella Mae doesn’t care for loud noises, children and dogs, and may soothe herself by hiding. When she is feeling comfortable, she is affectionate, playful, stretches herself out and loves a good ear/back scratch. She is not a highly vocal lady, unless riding in a car. She has not demonstrated any aggressive behaviors towards people. She is not a fan of being picked up and held. Although Bella Mae does not appear to be a lap kitty, she does like to be close to her person and is not shy about giving out head butts. If you have a quiet, relaxed environment without other pets, Bella could be the one to make it complete! $100 adoption fee per adult cat. Hardest part of rescue is:- Not being able to save every cat.- Finding excellent homes for our rescues. Silverton Cat Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. In order to make sure cats under our care go to the safest and most compatible homes we require adoptees to fill out our Rescue’s application and accept a home visit.
