Confetti is a beautiful, sweet little girl. She absolutely loves to be petted and brushed. If you stroke her paw, she will curl her toes around your finger. She throws herself on her side asking for attention as soon as I approach and purrs loudly the whole time she is being touched. No part of her body is off limits. Pet her stomach or brush her tail and it will be appreciated. Our record is a 6 hour Antiques Roadshow marathon and she purred the whole time except when I needed a short break after about 3 hours. She is still very shy and will need some patience but is coming out of her shell more every day. She does well with other cats, but would likely prefer a more quiet home with older or no kids. She would be the perfect companion for an older adult that wants a lap cat. She loves ping pong balls and her treat puzzle but does not play in front of me. And yet, all of the ping pong balls are missing in the morning. She does like her treats but would rather be petted and eats only after the touching is over. I have not put her on my lap but she is very content next to me on the couch. She is confined to my family room as she only wanted to hide at first. She now likes to lay on one of her cat trees or sometimes under the table and has no interest in going through an open door. She no longer runs to hide when I approach her perch-she starts purring and rolls over. She pays no attention to the TV or my straightening up. She does not mind visitors coming into her space. I haven't vacuumed with her in the room but I'm pretty sure that she would not like that much noise. Confetti is worth the wait to draw her out of her shell. She is so sweet and wants to be brave. She is more social everyday but still has a ways to go. If you're looking for a cat who loves to be petted and have the patience to earn her trust, Confetti is your girl. ##1887610##Adoption processOur adoption fees are the following:Puppies (Under a year old) $350Adult Dog’s (Over a year old) $300Each dog will have their DHPP vaccinations, Bordetella Vaccine, be microchipped, de-wormed, Rabies (if age appropriate), and be altered.
