This kid- let us tell you …. He calls to the shelter staff as soon as we walk through the door in the morning. He is the sweetest boy, and gets along well with other cats and dogs. He would love any home where he can sit happily with his human and watch tv. He is a bit larger than most of our shelter cats, around 8-9lbs.If you would be interested in giving me a furever home, please contact The Humane Society of Adams County, Inc. at (937) 544-XXXX to set up a time to come meet me and fill out an adoption application!Adoption processOur adoption process is made up of two parts. Upon a decision to adopt an animal we require an application for adoption that asks questions such as housing and veterinary references. We then check references and may require a home visit. Upon approval you will fill out a contract for adoption and pay the adoption fees. Adoption fees are based on age and vetting required.Shelter locationThe Humane Society of Adams County is open to the public on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 11 AM to 3PM and by appointment.
