Meet Rigel! Rigel is an affectionate sweetheart who loves to talk and loves to climb and explore. She loves to be scratched on the back of her neck. One of her favorite toys is a laser because she is a little bit of a hunter. The carrier is not her favorite thing in the world but the top loading ones look so much like a box when open that she just hops right in. Her foster thinks her previous owner taught her that if you make a kissy face near her then she will touch her nose to your lips (it was bit odd to find out whenever she was trying to kiss her forehead). She prefers to be an only cat. Her estimated DOB is 4/15/20 *************************************Our adoption fees are $125 for one, $200 for 2, and cover the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots, microchip, combo test, deworming, and collar and ID tag. We require our adopters are 21 years old or older, keep the cat inside only (unless on a leash/harness or in a catio), and do not declaw.Adoption processWe are a foster based rescue and all our kitties live with their foster families until they find their furever homes. We get to know our kitties and can answer questions regarding behaviors and personality. Our adoption process is a little different than a traditional shelter. We ask that potential adopters complete an application and brief phone screen. Meet and greets are scheduled at our adoption events or with the foster.
