He will sit in your lap and make biscuits while purring up a storm for as long as you like. He loves to play, and his favorite toy is the feather on a stick. He will jump upside down to get it. It’s very cute to watch. He is used to being in a home, so he is scared in the shelter, he needs to find a new home as soon as possible. Please open your heart to this wonderful kitty Fred.
