Nova is an amazingly sweet loveable and very blessed kitty. Her story began as heartbreaking but will have the happiest of endings once her purrfect furrever family is found. One of our volunteers was serendipitously at the animal shelter when a young couple brought a plastic container filled with kittens and our Nova. They opened the lid and Nova, being frightened, ran off, she seemed reluctant to leave but she didn't know the area or the people trying to coax her. One of our rescue friends, Sue, was able to foster the kittens and miraculously Nova found her way home a couple days later so the couple brought her to Sue and she was reunited with her babies. Since then the kittens went to a rescue, Nova was spayed, vaccinated and flea treated. Now ready to live her best life with the best humans! She is a gentle lady who enjoys human companionship and must be quite smart to have survived in the wilds caring for her kittens. She doesn't mind living with other cats but is completely fine as a single cat.Adoption processPlease contact us by email or call us for any questions.
