Captain Jack Lago has a compass that leads him straight to your home, heart and hand. He's an incredibly loving baby who is full of affection for all felines, canines and humans. He has been in a home full of love and only knows the best of life. He's got an adventurous spirit and was the first of his litter to learn how to climb up an enclosure and the first to figure out how to hop on a shelving unit, jump on the top of the door and over the tall kitty gate. He's an athletic gymnast! When he's not displaying his athletic skills, he's perfectly contented with scritches, snuggles love from all. It's easy to give him love because his fur is sleek and soft. He loves to snuggle in bed at night. Just in case you' aren't sure of what he needs, he'll vocalize and meow to help you understand. He's a fun, talkative little tyke. When his litter was saved, they were very sick and had bad eye infections that internal and topical meds couldn't save. Although he's had one eye removed, it doesn't stop him at all. In fact, he's much happier and in less pain now! He has grown up with and gets along well with cats and dogs. He'd be best suited to really any configuration of family, but a family with gentle kids would be best. Approx 8 months (Jan. '24). Adoption fee $200. Currently in a foster home, you can set up a day to come meet this kitty (on Saturdays during adoption event hours).
