APPROX DOB: 1/16/2007If interested in adopting from the Goathouse Refuge, please plan to take the following steps required in our adoption process:1. Come for a Visit: No appointment necessary: just drop by during our normal visiting hours of noon - 3 PM. We're open seven days a week, iincluding holidays, though if visiting during the week we ask that you call our office in advance at (919) 542-XXXX and confirm availability of our staff.2. Complete our online application: Visit our website (click link above of go to www.goathouserefuge.org under the 'adopt' tab).3. Home Visit: All adoption applications will be reviewed by the refuge staff, and if the applicant seems to be a good fit for the cat(s) of interest, the refuge will contact the interested party to set up a home visit. Only after a representative of the refuge conducts a home visit then consider continuing with the adoption process.
