Hi - I'm Zooey. My mom named me after her favorite author, J.D. Salinger, and his book 'Frannie and Zooey.' I am all black, except for my white spot on my chest (of which I am very proud). I was left on the doorstep in a carrier at my adoptive mom's home and with my brother (who has been adopted) on an extremely hot day in the summer and left for 20 hours before we were discovered. We were hydrated, starved and saturated in our own urine. Our new mom fed, bathed and loved on us. We were so happy to be saved. I LOVE, LOVE LOVE to paly, kiss, purr and be petted. I am here to please. I am just SO happy all of the time to be on this planet. I am what-you-call-people-person, even though I am a feline and proud to be so. I have been told that I would be great with boys, even though I adore girls. I love to play, run about and then just relax and cuddle and purr. And petting and rubbing my face and neck is cat heaven. I am a wonderful cat and would love to be your next adored pet-friend.
