The adoption fee is waived for Snowball and ALL Desperate Housecats!Snowball has been through a lot, and now he’s ready for his new forever home! His only owner passed away, and because he stopped eating after this happened (they were very bonded), Snowball found himself at AAC. He was terrified in the shelter, so we moved him into a foster home for supportive care. After several weeks Snowball made a complete recovery, and gained back the weight he had lost. Snowball is very shy with new people, which qualifies him as a CACTUS CAT (http://austintexas.gov/page/cactus-cats). He’ll need time with a patient adopter to adjust to a quiet home. He’s extremely sweet, and loves to be brushed (he’ll walk up to you when he sees the brush).Snowball enjoys being petted, and once he feels comfortable with his surroundings, we believe he’s going to be a very loving companion.
