Meet Tank...he's endearing, quirky, and comedic, all in 1 very attractive package!Tank has been up for adoption for much longer than most of the cats at Almost Home Foundation. He's got the shyness gene, which turns most people off from adopting him. They have no idea what an amazing feline companion they're missing out on. Tank is loaded with personality - and once he's comfortable, he's more than happy to show you how awesome he is!Tank is a pretty silly guy. He's loving and very into belly rubs once he's comfortable; he'll sit next to you on the couch, and comes right up to you when you call his name. He'll still be a little jumpy when something "scary" happens (like a loud noise) but he actually has a calm, laidback personality after he settles into a new environment.Tank also LOVES dogs. He's very friendly with dogs and likes befriending them. He actually likes dogs much more than he likes other cats. While he tolerates cats, it's dogs that he loves. Every dog he's met has loved him right back!Tank has a big appetite. His favorite room in his foster home is definitely the kitchen. Mealtime is his favorite time of the day! He's a shameless beggar, especially if turkey is involved. He also becomes very talkative whenever food is part of the equation. His meow is very insistent and just a tad "pathetic."A description of Tank wouldn't be complete without mentioning his looks. He is fluffy, black and white, and has a huge plume tail. He looks like he's wearing pantaloons on his back legs! He looks big, but most of his size comes from all the fluffiness. Tank looks like a model, and he often walks like one.
