Meet Gypsy, 11 years old Domestic Shorthair
Gypsy is a very nice, affectionate BIG girl, and we would be willing to consider her as an indoor/outdoor kitty where she will have shelter, be fed & taken care of. Gypsy sometimes has an accident outside her litter box if kept strictly indoors & shares space with other kitties.(she has only peed in a corner of a room a few times on bare floor with no carpet, no where else) We think it may be because she doesn't like sharing a box with others because she uses the box faithfully if confined to her own space with no other adults. She currently spends 99% of her time in a spare bedroom where she is doing GOOD and hasn't had an accident in a long long time. We do know for sure that she perfers a nice clean box & doesn't like it to be messy - WHO DOES THOUGH?! Gypsy may never go outside her box and have an accident in a new home but we just can't say that for sure. She is VERY lovey and laid back and is such a nice girl, she has come SUCH a long way. We wish she had her very own family who would be willing to give her the time she needs to adjust. We feel like once she was settled in and felt comfortable that she would be fine because that's what she's done in her foster home. Because of her behavior we would be willing to adopt her out as an indoor/outdoor kitty, although she is perfectly content living inside. Gypsy is SUPER affectionate & lovey. She certainly derserves a chance at a good life though!
