Gladys was brought into the shelter as a stray with her six kittens. While it was obvious that Gladys loved her babies, it was time for them to be separated, and as a result, each of her babies have been adopted into a home of their own. Meanwhile, Gladys has been waiting at the shelter hoping that someone picks her!Gladys has grown to love her kennel, and gets a little flustered if someone crawls in while it is being cleaned. She loves to feel secure and pampered. She loves to be pet and given a warm bed to lay on. She wouldn't mind being the only cat in the house, but she doesn't mind the company of other cats-as long as she is given some time to adjust to their personalities.Gladys is currently being housed in Vinton at the Vinton Animal rescue shelter.
